How long does a repair usually take?

Please note that we define time taken in two ways;

• Time to fix is the time it takes from the moment you report an issue, to the time it will take to get your site backup and running.
• There is also the work time, which is simply the actual hours taken of work on the repair.

Simple fixes can take just an hour or two of work time, while complex issues (like full malware clean-up or database repairs) may take 4 to 8 hours of work time.

We always keep you informed and aim to deliver as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

The total time to fix is always variable on our workload and we communicate that with you as clearly as possible throughout our website, both at the time of raising a ticket and in the customer area that you can review any time you like.
