We aim to be as flexible as possible and are happy to review any website, regardless of the platform or technology it’s built on. Whether it’s a CMS, custom-built system, or e-commerce setup, we’ll assess the issue and determine if we can help.

If, after reviewing your site, we feel that the problem falls outside our expertise or we don’t have the availability to take it on properly, we’ll be upfront about it from the start. In those cases, we won’t proceed, and any deposit you’ve paid will be fully refunded.

This approach ensures you only move forward when we’re confident we can deliver a proper fix, rather than wasting your time or budget on something we can’t complete to a high standard.
